I will agree with you that his schemes have not paned out yet in tennessee, (Note I said not yet) but you have to look and what he did in college and you cant help but be impressed

If we want the football program to get to that elite level, we need coaches like this guy who have had not just some success in the college game, but monumental success.

funny you mention that. I was looking at his resume a while back and I couldnt help but notice that before he got to BYU, he was actually unemployed for 2 years before he came on to BYU with LaVell Edwards. This guys whole coaching resume was shady from the jump
