Louisville Quote
I guess it was around the 2005-06 season or maybe right before last season but I read a quote somewhere.. maybe on here, maybe in a pre-season magazine, attributed to an anonymous college football coach in the Big East saying that Louisville would never be a legit program because they cycle 5 or 6 years of decent football followed by 1 really great year.
Anyone heard of or remember this?

No. I don't remember their quote, but whoever it was they were obviously wrong. Otherwise we would be having a "decent" season following last year's Orange Bowl victory.

Sounds like something West Virginia's EX coach would say. I can't remember his name, but he's dogged Louisville since before they got in the Big East.
