What's wrong with Allen & Bolen?
They play one in one half and the other in the 2nd half.
Is Allen still hurt? I saw him get up very slow as if he was hurt several times. If he was hurt why didnt Bolen come back in, was he hurt? Why not play both of them in the backfield at the same time? U of L run game is much more dangerous with both and I think Allen is more effective when Bolen is blocking for him. You have to play the run with both of them in the game.

Allen just isn't looking "right". I've noticed his struggling to get up too. Of course, the tight lipped K doesn't talk about such things, so we can only speculate. And, of course, we shouldn't speculate, right? Freddy

I think Allen has some sort of knee or leg problem. Seems like he is wearing a brace that wasnt there earlier this year. Bolen is like a machine when out there. He was catching that short pass like mad @ cincy as well as gaining those tough yards on the ground.

That's true maybe Coach Krag got in Allen's ear and told him to take his time getting up but he's doing a good acting job as well because he gets to his knees with his head on the ground and that to me looks like a player in pain.

I just assumed that Allen was trying to milk the clock by "laying on the ball" towards the end. If he feigns injury and gets up slow, that's more time for the refs to reset the play clock. Not saying he wasn't hurt, but I DO think he was milking it for the team.

I assume Stripling is still in coach's doghouse. I saw him dressed in pads, but standing around on the sideline.
