Spillman not gone

Well not gone to jail that is. Unfrigginbelievable. He pled, got credit for time served and had the rest of the sentence suspended. Two years probation and a $700 fine.

When did Spillman serve time? Also how did this get in the courts and taken care of so fast? Quote:
