CFIP, we're all alone on that island that wants to do anything but completely blame Petrino for the program's problems. I haven't seen/heard a single Louisville pundit that does anything but follow the company line coming from the athletic department. It's sickening at this point... I just want to get an invite to any AM radio show to be a different voice on the waves.

If only CE could be more like ITV. Those forums are full of Kragthorpe bashers.

LOL! I don't know which ITV you're reading, but it's not the same one I see. All I ever read over there is the faintest negative stance on Krag being jumped on by a hundred Chicken Littles that warn about all the recruits that read these boards (please, we're not that important) and all the boosters who aren't going to keep footing the bill for stadium expansion if we say bad things about our coaches or team.

At any rate, it wasn't the boards I was talking about. I was referring to folks like The Afternoon Underdogs and Bob Domine regurgitating the company line about how every problem in the program was Petrino's and how he left Krag the worst team in all of DI football. It's getting plain ridiculous. The hyperbole from the folks in the media is just crazy... I'd dare say worse than what I read on the boards if I were bold.

To the next person that tells me to get of Krag's back, my response is to do the same with Petrino. At least the coach I am "backing" (your collective words, not mine) won something for the university while he was the coach.
