Oh yes, definitely so without a doubt.
These same incidents would have still occured.

Players being pulled over has nothing to do with the coach.
If a cop is behind a car and sees expired tags they don't know whose inside and who their coach is, that car is getting pulled over.
Who the coach is has absolutely no bearing in this case.

Once the officer walks up to the car and smells marijuana as in Willie Williams and JaJuan Spillmans case it's a wrap no matter who their coach is.

Now maybe some of the transfers wouldn't have but Anthony Allen's injury and lack of production due to the injury wouldn't have disappeared but his desire to blame Kragthorpe and transfer may have.

He might have rode it out with Petrino.

Well the athletes were pretty much identical. There's a reason we were top10 preseason last year. All the same players that behaved themselves fine under Petrino would probably have done so again, but who knows.

Those that still remember clearly the four years under Petrino know that the team would not have been so unprepared all year. It just didn't happen. The players were clearly clueless of what to do out there, and if there's one thing Petrino was it was a leader. Everybody knew their place when he was in charge.

Well I agree on the field we would have been better, not 12-1 better but better none the less.
Every program has up years and down years, I think a down year was coming but not 6-6.

Strangely enough Louisville has no proven LB's and thin on the D-line, a QB who has started 1 game, a offensive backfield that has no bigtime back but I feel they will be better than 6-6.

The Big East is going to be good top to bottom, UCONN is on their way up, Pitt is too, Cincy will be good, WVU is a question mark but I expect them to be competitive, USF will be tough, Rutgers will be tough.

Speaking of WVU would anyone be suprised if they went 6-6?

Let's keep an eye on WVU they are in a similar situation to Louisville, lost a couple big timers to the NFL and a coaching change, sounds familiar, lets see if they go 12-1.

This will probably be the best the BigEast has been since we joined. People keep talking about having an easy schedule this year but I don't see it. Non-conference maybe.
USF, WVU, Pitt, UConn, and UC and maybe Rutgers will all be top25 caliber teams this year, IMO. I wouldn't be surprised to see each one ranked at some point this season
