Default Raiders drafting McFadden?

Not good news for Mr. Bush.

He wasn't even mentioned in the article. Hopefully somebody will trade for him.

I spoke to Mike Sr the other day, and he said that things are looking up for Bush. He said they re-did the surgery in his leg removing the titanium rod and he is feeling better than ever. From what I gathered he seemed to think that Mike is going to put some good field time in this coming season. Cool thing is he slapped down 200k for his dad to get a new house!

Now if they draft McFadden...that would suck..

Most teams draft for need 1st but sometimes a player is available who is too good to pass up.

The Raiders got Bush for a steal as a late rounder and just resigned Justin Fargas who ran for 1,000 yards last year.

I'd say if the draft and sign McFadden before camp he is going to be in the starting lineup and Bush is gone from Oakland with Vargas as a backup.

I think the Raiders have other needs besides RB though.

After seeing what Peterson did for the Vikes last year it might be hard to pass up McFadden.

Raiders have their QB of the future, a franchise QB, they just need a couple weapons to go along with him, but I hope for Bush's sake they pass on McFadden.

Raiders just overpaid DeAngelo Hall with a $70 million contract. That's a lot of money wrapped up in a franchise QB and a cornerback.

Best thing that could happen to the Raiders is if Al Davis would die.

That might be mean but it's not untrue.

After how he treated Marcus Allen, a freakin hall of fame player and a hero of a Raiders SB team, how could anybody not wish a bastard like Al Davis a speedy transformation into worm food?
