Bling, seriously, could you quit your CRUSADE against me. It's my opinion. You are trying HARD to convince me of something that I already have my mind made up about. I dont care how many people you quote or how many articles you paste. I have my own thoughts on the matter. Why cant you just let it go? Beacuse you are HARDHEADED. Are you losing sleep because I dont have any pity for the Atlanta players? Let it go, dude.

During his final days with the Falcons, Petrino expressed to both Blank and McKay his concerns about dealing with pro athletes. There were plenty of warning signs he wasn't coping well with players who weren't afraid to speak their minds or question the coaching staff.

"This league is not for everybody," Milloy said. "This league is for real men. I think he realized he didn't belong here."

A couple of Pro Bowlers, DeAngelo Hall and Alge Crumpler, had openly criticized Petrino's domineering tactics. Plenty of others expressed their frustration in private.

"We're not college kids," said Dunn, a 32-year-old, 11-year veteran. "I'm a professional, grown man. Look at me eye to eye. Talk to me. But Bobby wasn't like that."
Wow Milloy says the NFL is for real me and Petrino doesnt belong....scathing.

My concern is what will happen to coach Joe Whitt jr.

Good coach and good guy I hope he isnt deterred from other jobs

Whether it was good for Atlanta or not...does not matter to me.
Whether is was best for Bobby and his family...does not matter to me.
Whether he'll be a "lifer" at Arkansas, or gone in two years...does not matter to me.

I respected Petrino up until Tuesday night. He came to Louisville, did great things, and took his personal passion to the next level. No matter how he left Louisville, people were going to be upset that he left.

Here is all that matters to me:

Linebacker Michael Boley said of Petrino's departure: "He took the easy way out. There are a lot of different ways you can handle that. As a man, call us. Come in here for one last team meeting. A note in the locker? That's just saying, 'I can't even look you in the face right now.' That's cowardly."

"I think the timing of Bobby's decision was wrong. It was wrong for the coaches. It was wrong for the families depending on him, that he brought here that had invested in him and invested in this team. It's also letting our players down — the players I've heard him tell consistently to play all four quarters. All four quarters does not equal, in my opinion, 13 games."
- Arthur Blank

If I ever have the opportunity to retire from a multi-million dollar contract, those who work with me and for me will get more than a 4 line letter taped to their desk or locker.

He is a pathetic, spineless, hypocritical peice of shit. How he can look ANYONE in the eye befuddles me. I feel sorry for his children.
