This is where I agree with the complaints about the interviewing processes and the minorities not getting a fair shot. It seems you see the same handful of coaches just getting juggled around every few years. Its the same names year in and year out. Its a good old boy network. The up and coming coaches never get a chance to get their foot in the door.

I thought well Cameron has something up his sleeve for the draft but nothing magical happened there either. Ted Ginn is a good return guy, he had 2 KO returns for TD's called back and had one kick off and one punt return for TD's that counted but a 1st rounder top 10 pick (#9) was too high, Ginn has to contribute as a WR too and he has one TD and not even 300 yards receiving yet this year.
