Default Holy Shit!!! Petrino To Arkansas!!!

Wow!!!!! Guess maybe he figured out a head coaching job in the NFL is not what its all cracked up to be and is going the way of Spurrier and Saban. It's not the money, he will be making less at Arkansas. Damn, can we get him back??? Pretty please? With sugar on top?

WOW!!!

Where are you getting that? I heard it this morning somewhere, but they said that there were contract restrictions that prevented it from happening.

He must have just hated louisville. Why not go to Michigan if you are going anywhere?

I think he always wanted to be in the SEC. Look at where he interviewed before bolting for Atlanta:

Auburn
LSU

Suppose you can't knock the guy for having humongous confidence in himself. He's obviously dying for a chance to succeed in the conference folks say is the toughest in the country. I wonder if he'll be happy with this move or wind up just being the college football equivalent of Larry Brown.

Sorry I duplicated this same thread.

I say fuck Petrino, he did to Atlanta what he did to Louisville and he'll do it to Arkansas soon enough.

That's his M.O.

I hope he goes 1-11 at Arkansas, beating only UK and by the time that game rolls around I may just pull for UK.

Looks like Spurrier isn't healing all that well.. Saban probably won't either.
