WKU unleashes defensive fury to pull off upset. 68-54 (Courier Journal)

WKU pulled off the biggest win of the young McDonald era with a 68-54 shocker over the No. 3 Cardinals before 8,193 fans in the Sommet Center. The Hilltoppers last beat U of L, 68-65, in Freedom Hall on Dec. 9, 2000.
