You know, as I look at all the Cardinal videos on YouTube, I wonder why we can't get the quality that ESPN has on their sight with their videos. They don't take a long time to load so they can't be that large, but how the hell do they get them so clean? I'd love to see how they're crunching their videos.

I think it has something to do with the sampling quality of the source (probably higher resolution than most amateur video capture stuff). Also the storage available - 100MB per video - on youtube (not really setup for HD or hi-res video), so you really have to dumb down resolution for longer videos.
