Whilel I can't argue your logic, I it would stop it but I don't see it happening and I don't see it being that big of an issue..

When an NFL player can get caught using recreational street drugs or preformance enhancers/steroids and all they get is a 4-game suspension on their 1st offense I just can't see a guy un-retiring and the league enforcing a 1-year suspension.

How many of these "un-retirings" have we seen anyway, I don't think it's a huge problem that needs to be addressed yet.
