I still don't quite get the whole level of program thing. The program is as "big" as the latest team on the field is good, IMO. Last year the football team got tons of respect and coverage, both local and national, and after a bad year both have dropped off. That's the way it goes, for everyone. When the hoops team went to the NIT two years ago and stunk up the BE, respect and coverage, both locally and nationally, dropped.
When you win, you're on top, when you lose, you're not.
And once again, how many people show up for a practice means nothing at all when it comes to winning ball games and being a top program.
