Petrino is a millionaire grown man lying butthole.

Noel Devine is a 19-year old college student/athlete with 2 kids and no income.

Great comparison Lindy.

Maybe the other 4 or 5 WVU players involved are thugs and guilty as hell, I was speaking solely of Noel Devine and what I know about his situation, what I have read, what has been put into print about his hard scrabble past and to me if he is guilty I find it sad and tragic.

Nate Harris was certainly what we would call a thug coming to Louisville from a prison work camp diversion program so a players character is an unknown variable sometimes, hard to judge I'll admit that.

I am NOT making any excuses for Noel Devine if he is guilty, he deserves whatever punishment is given out for his crime.

#1 we dont know his level of involvement with this assault or why it occoured.

#2 I am willing to give him the benefit of the doubt, for the moment and take a wait and see attitude.

Petrino has a proven track record of back room dealings while lying with a straight face to the media and his bosses and his players.

For that I am not willing to give him the benefit of the doubt.

Kragthorpe was at Louisville one year and plenty of people were calling for his job.
I on the other hand am willing to give Kragthorpe a chance.

My opinion is that Kragthorpe was presented with several incidents that cost players playing time and Coach Krag had to deal with that.

many things combined cost the cards games last year the off field dicipline was part of that.

He took the heat for from our fans who wanted him gone but even Ron Cooper got a couple years before he was axed.

If you want to rake Kragthorpe over the coals I'd say since most of the players were Petrinos recruits he should be held accountable as much or more.

the only player that wasnt a Petrino recruit who got in trouble under Kragthorpes watch was Willie Williams who was more or less brought in by Jurich's association with someone in California who suggested Jurich take the chance.

Did Kragthorpe have any say-so in that decision?

I'm sure he certainly did with Williams release, that was the only option he was left with but how can you tell your new boss no we are not bringing this kid into our program when it was Jurich's deal or favor to his friend?

Petrino no longer gets the benefit of the doubt sorry lindy, but I'm done with Petrino, he's gone.
