Scouts in Mobile for the Senior Bowl expressed their displeasure at Brohm's decision and feel it will do nothing to help his draft stock.
So what, Brohm doesnt need to play in an all-star game to improve his draft stock.

Why play a couple series and throw a TD or two, what will that tell the scouts they dont already know.

What would the scouts do if some big lineman rolls into his knee and he has to sit out the entire 2008 season?

Still rate him number one and support him financially until his rehab is over.....or more likely forget about him until 2009 then say he's not the player he was after his 2008 senior bowl injury?

The risk is not worth the "potential" not guaranteed reward of moving up a spot or two.
