If it ever comes out that WVU did this themselves and are putting it on RR while the lawyers and media do their "divorce dance", it would not surprise me.
Everything I have read to date (which I admit probably isn't everything out there) has put RR in a positive light, that he was continuing to push for improvements but was not seeing progress...only empty promises.
This could very easily be a counter spin by the WVU administration, trying to put some negative press back towards RR's camp, trying to slant the playing field before "settle up" time comes in the courtroom...
