Saying LSU was barely winning games is lame.
The Patriots were blowing NFL teams out early in the year and winning by 3-points at the end, regardless they went undefeated.
The College OT system 4 downs starting at the 25-yard line as opposed to the NFL and 1st team to score wins can make an OT game anybodys game to win.
So LSU with two triple OT losses to me is better off than a lot of other two loss teams.
So what arkansas scored 50-points on LSU it was a 3 OT game that's 21-points right there.
Are you kidding me, you really think Hawaii deserved a shot at the BCS title game and would have played a better game?
Hawaii that got blown the fuck out by Georgia would have played LSU tougher than OSU?
Yeah, right?
LSU just like Georgia was playing good football at the end of the year and deserved the title shot.
OSU got handled by LSU on the offensive and defensive line so I might agree another team could have been given a shot besides OSU but I dont see Kansas or Misouri who couldnt beat Oklohoma in two tries beating LSU.
If Missouri deserves a shot then Oklohoma trumps them for beating Mizzou head -to- head twice and should get the BCS shot before them.
A playoff would end all speculation but it would still be flawed because WVU even with two losses is on the bubble and left out and they deserved to be in the title picture.
