I would agree with a playoff.
I also see where Michael Adams has a legit complaint about the BCS process and the networks role in the BCS picture being a "special interest" in seeing certain teams have an advantage and getting to the BCS game.

So what exactly was it about Adams "experience" with the BCS system this year?
Georgia ended up a hot team at the end of the year capable of beating a lot of good teams yet shut out of the BCS title game.
Join the club, probably 4 or 5 teams per year feel that way at the end of the season.
I also believe that if his BCS experience was better and his school, the Georgia Bulldogs, were one of the two teams chosen for the BCS title game he wouldnt be so ready to entertain playoff ideas.
