I really have no idea though. Find a good offensive team and then get the brains behind it. One that focuses equally on all aspects of it. Maybe Chow is the guy.

Or look for one with FL recruiting connections.

I barely have the time i do to devote to the cards. Much less keep track of every available coach. That's TJ's job. Like he says, at all times he's got a guy in mind. I'm sure he's got a short list somewhere. And plenty of time now to look.
